Brian "H3" Peters
President and Chief Executive Officer
President and Chief Executive Officer of H3Enterprises, Inc. Brian has been the vision and drive behind H3 and the HipHopSodaShop™. After going public through a reverse merger on the Pinksheets in May 2005 and taking Hip-Hop to Wall Street, the Company has diligently pursued the execution of its business model. Twenty-five year old Brian "H3" Peters, faced unprecedented obstacles as the youngest African American President of a publicly traded Company. Peters' first move was to bring in as Chairman and creative director, George "I Want My MTV" Lois, author and editor of Ali Rap, and who is considered to possibly be the greatest ad man of all time.
Currently as President and CEO of H3 Inc, Peters input and Hip Hop Oversight continues to make the Company a stand out as well as ensuring that his vision of bringing economic empowerment to the Hip Hop community lives on.
Keith Chutjian
Chairman of the Board
Mr. Chutjian, with an extensive and successful history in financial services, has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Board. His emphasis has been the staffing of early stage ventures and launching new technologies.
A graduate of Cornell University, he co-founded Lava Trading, Inc. in 1998, which provides banks and funds with their patented institutional software applications reflecting superior execution and order management capabilities. Lava Trading, Inc. earned a reputation as a technology leader on Wall Street before being acquired by Citigroup in 2004.
Mr. Chutjian worked on the Rockrimmon Securities equity option-trading desk in securities on the American Stock Exchange. Eventually, he assisted in the launch of their proprietary trading division, utilizing the latest electronic execution technologies. He began his career in the financial services sector: a management internship at The Bank of New York, and the origination of a loan portfolio with the New York Metropolitan Region of the Ulster Savings Bank.
Mr. Chutjian currently invests in various venture capital projects while serving on the Board of Directors of Upstream Technologies, LLC and American Independence Financial Services, LLC.
Jamar "J Niice" McNeil
Co-founder
J Niice has made his career in commercial radio. He has been heard on the airwaves of some of the nations biggest Top 40 radio stations including HOT 99.5 FM in DC, 96.5 Kiss FM in Cleveland, and XM Satelite radio. Currently he can be heard in Miami FL on Y 100.7 FM and also off the shores of the U.S. at X 107.1 in the Cayman Islands.
Using his talent to translate vision into words, and then to action, enabled him to illustrate the shared vision for H3 Enterprises, Inc. on stage. That presentation took first prize at Visa and Bank of America's "Ideas Happen Live" contest in Washington DC.
The vast knowledge of African American History he gained from the University of Maryland helped establish the core values of H3 Enterprises, Inc. An undying passion for the entertainment industry and Hip Hop, coupled with his creativity, helps design the look and feel of the products associated with H3 Enterprises, Inc.
Jack Freedman, Director
Jack Freedman has been with H3 Enterprises since its inception. He is instrumental in building long term relationships for H3 Enterprises, Inc. and developing the product lines and operating agreements with many of the vendors. He has also assisted in the development of the franchise offerings.
He brings to the company more than 30 years of experience in creating and establishing restaurant chains.
He was part of the Founders Group for the TCBY Frozen Yogurt chain, which spans all 50 states, where they continue to flourish in the airports and travel plazas that Jack was responsible for getting them into. TCBY was the fastest franchise in history to get to 2000 franchise units from inception. He was instrumental in developing Big Apple Bagel, Hot & Crusty, and Ranch*1 restaurant chains among many others.
Jack has worked to downsize restaurant concepts, so that they could maximize service per square foot, making the chains operational for high traffic locations like airports and travel plazas.
Jack’s goal with the HHSS is to beat his earlier record with TCBY to be the fastest to open 2000 franchise units from inception.
Guy M. Jean-Pierre
Chief Legal Officer
Mr. Guy M. Jean-Pierre, a principal of Gold Coast Professional Services, PA.
Mr. Jean-Pierre has the proven background and talents necessary to establish a strong corporate governance policy, ensure H3's publicly traded security compliance, and administer H3's U.F.D.D. franchising legal requirements among other things.
Dennis Ruggeri
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Dennis Ruggeri has an extensive financial management background with public companies for over 25 years.
Mr. Ruggeri is responsible for streamlining the financial operations and fiscal reporting of the Company with an eye towards acquisitions, spin-offs, and the landing of the Company on the NASDAQ Bulletin Board.
Jordan Edelson
Chief Technology Officer and Digital Entertainment Director
Mr. Edelson has served as Game Broadcasting Live LLC's Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors since 2001. He is recognized as a pioneer and visionary in the live video game broadcasting sector.
He founded eSportsTV in May 2004 and was instrumental in the core development of the network. He's made features in Popular Science Magazine, Business Review, Biz Journal, MSNBC.com, WABC-TV, World News Now (ABC), Discovery Channel, WRGB-TV (CBS), along with other radio, print, web and television spots.
Prior to founding eSportsTV, Mr. Edelson was lead project director of several popular video game titles on the PC and Palm OS platforms. He also continues to manage GBLHosting.com, a web hosting company launched in 2003.
