H3 Enterprises was founded by Brian "H3" Peters and Jamar "J. Nice" McNeil. McNeil presented the concept to "Ideas Happen Live" contest in Washington, DC where it took first prize. Twenty-five year old Brian Peters took the company public through a reverse merger on the Pinksheets in May, 2005. Today, both co-founders are members of the Board.
